Spam Filters in Shared Hosting
Our shared hosting servers rely on one of the best spam filters available. It’s called SpamAssassin and is available with each and every plan, so in case you host your domain names with us, you can select one of the 5 safety levels that the spam filter offers for any mailbox that you’ve got here. You can accomplish this with only 2 mouse clicks from the Email Manager section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel that is used to manage all web hosting accounts. SpamAssassin examines the header field and the content of each email message, gives it a spam score and then proceeds according to the level that you’ve selected. Every mailbox can have a different level and you can choose if the email messages that the spam filter flags as spam should be deleted or delivered to a separate email address where you can examine them at a later time, so as to prevent deleting a genuine email message. Switching to some other level or deactivating the protection is also astonishingly easy.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you use a semi-dedicated server package from our company and if you set up one or more email addresses with any of the domains hosted under the account, you will be able to enable the powerful, five-level SpamAssassin filter that we provide and keep all undesired emails out of your mailbox. This functionality is accessible through the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and it can be activated or deactivated for any mailbox whenever you like. You can also adjust the protection level with several mouse clicks in case unsolicited bulk messages continue to enter your mailbox or the email filter begins removing authentic messages. Since you can select if the spam should be deleted straight away or redirected to a separate mailbox, you can set up spam@domain.com, for instance, and view all filtered emails there, so as to ensure that you will not miss an email that you require. The email messages that the anti-spam filter allows to go through will still appear in your inbox.
